The Holden Group
We have been working with The Holden Group for a couple of years both on and offline to develop their brand to be fun, approachable and engaging. As a series of car dealerships in a particularly competitive sector, customer loyalty and approachability are vital.
We have worked through a series of updates to develop their printed collateral in order to provide cross sell potential and brand coherence.
Additionally, we have worked with them to develop a home test drive service, designed to make test driving easier and more convenient. A large aspect of this was online (as a bookable service), and so all aspects of the sign up process were designed with the user in mind, as well as an animation to explain the service and break down any perceived barriers to entry.
The Holden website itself has been continually developed to keep them ahead of their competitors and make buying new and used cars as easy as possible for their customers.
