Sanctuary Social Care
Sanctuary Social Care wanted to attract the best candidates for their Apprenticeship Programme. Video is becoming a great way to interact through social media and other forms, especially to a younger consumer who is likely to have a shorter attention span and have a high expectation of the way things look.
We created a film treatment based around past and existing apprentices who have joined the business. The story showed how far you could go with Sanctuary as an apprentice and how the business will invest in you as a person so that you develop strong transferrable skills that you can use all through your career.
The film was hugely successful in attracting initial interest into the scheme with 2000 views during National Apprenticeship Week.
