What we do at Farrows
Only When You Love Design Can You Produce World Class Designs……
The perfect design starts with passion, creative thinking and a brilliant relationship with your Client.
At Farrows we live and breathe creativity, and our Customers are treated like Royalty. You don’t have to just take our word for it, we asked our Clients.
In a survey carried out by Aprais, an international company who monitor Client to Agency relationships, Farrows have been judged to have outstanding quality and service levels. Aprais works for Clients in every field worldwide, who employ agencies. The results are pooled and compared against national and international benchmarks. The survey is carried out every 6 months and covers all aspects of Farrows output.
• Our overall score is 88.4% the highest ever UK Client to Agency score
• UK benchmark of quality is 68%
• Farrows is now used as the mark to aim for on future surveys of other agencies
No wonder our work is good, we’ve been practising since 1979 and to this day still retain our first Client.
Here to help...
Farrows run a sustainable model for helping charity. We have design, marketing and business talents which can help charities to raise their awareness and funds. By using any downtime we have in our studio we are able to produce highly creative and effective work for various charities without affecting our own efficiency. This work is channeled through BITC ProHelp and on average we donate £25,000 worth of work to the third sector annually.
In recognition of these endeavours Farrows have been awarded the BITC Pro Bono Company of the Year (East Anglia) 2 years running.
Doing our bit for the Environment...
Farrows ethos is to tread the earth lightly, using as few resources as we can. Where possible we buy recycled or recyclable local products and consume as little energy as we can. Our waste is separated and everything we can is sent for recycling. We also source printed materials and stationery locally where possible. This not only cuts down on fuel and carbon footprint but helps the local economy and enables us to fully oversee the projects.
Redundant computer equipment is passed down through the company before finally being given away for home use. All data is of course, carefully removed.
